This Privacy Policy explains how the Flipper Zero Field Manual ("the app", "we", "us"), provided by Cyber Fitness - Discipline Rewired (CFDR), handles information when you use the app or the website at fzero.disciplinerewired.com. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The app is an independent educational reference for the Flipper Zero. It is operated by Cyber Fitness - Discipline Rewired. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Flipper Devices or any firmware project. You can contact us through the CFDR website at DisciplineRewired.com or at cyberfitness@disciplinerewired.com.

2. Information we collect

a. Information stored on your device
The app stores a small amount of data locally on your device (using your browser or device storage) to make the app work as you expect. This includes things like how many times you have opened the app, whether you have rated or shared it, whether you have purchased the ad-free (Pro) option, and your display preferences. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

b. Advertising data
Unless you purchase the ad-free (Pro) option, the app shows advertisements served by third-party advertising partners (for example, an ad network such as Google AdMob or AdSense, or the network you have configured). To serve and measure ads, these partners may automatically collect information such as your device identifiers or advertising ID, IP address, general location, device and operating-system details, and interactions with ads. This collection is governed by the advertising partner's own privacy policy.

c. Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of anything you capture or create with your Flipper Zero.

3. How we use information

- To provide and operate the app and remember your preferences.
- To display and measure advertising (unless you are ad-free/Pro).
- To understand aggregated usage and improve the content and features.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or abuse.

4. Advertising and third parties

Our advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, including ads based on your interests where permitted. Depending on your region and choices, you may see personalized or non-personalized ads. You can usually control ad personalization through your device settings (for example, "Reset advertising ID" or "Limit ad tracking" on mobile) or through the advertising partner's controls. Purchasing the ad-free (Pro) option removes ads from the app.

5. Cookies and local storage

The app and website use local storage (and, for ads, cookies or similar technologies from our advertising partners) to keep the app working and to remember your choices. You can clear this data at any time through your browser or device settings; doing so will reset your local preferences, including the ad-free flag if it is stored only on the device.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the third-party advertising and analytics partners described above, strictly to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of the app.

7. Third-party links

The app links to external resources (such as official Flipper documentation, firmware project pages and app catalogues). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies separately.

8. Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or the Australian Privacy Act. These can include the right to access, correct or delete information, and to opt out of personalized advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of information for targeted ads. Because most data is collected by our advertising partners rather than us, you can exercise many of these choices through your device's ad settings and the partner's controls. You may also contact us with any request.

10. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International users

The app may be used worldwide, and information handled by our partners may be processed in countries other than yours, which may have different data-protection laws.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate, by a notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
